The Meridian is planned around how coastal families actually live: a central great room that opens fully to covered terraces, a kitchen placed where it can see both the living spaces and the yard, and primary suites set apart from guest and family wings for quiet and privacy. Each estate is oriented on its lot for natural light and cross breezes, with deep overhangs and shaded outdoor rooms that stay comfortable through the Florida summer.
Materials are chosen to age well near the coast: impact-rated glazing, durable exterior finishes, and low-maintenance landscaping that frames each home without demanding constant upkeep.
